1. Products and print sizes
Zene offers physical framed posters in the designs and destinations shown by the shop. Customers can choose A4 (210 × 297 mm), A3 (297 × 420 mm), A2 (420 × 594 mm), or A1 (594 × 841 mm). Every poster includes a frame. The selected design, size, orientation, quantity, and other included features are stated on the product page and in the order summary.
Product images are previews. A screen, paper, printing process, and crop can produce small differences in colour, scale, or positioning. Those ordinary production differences do not excuse a materially incorrect, damaged, defective, or misdescribed product. Check the selected design, size, quantity, destination, and delivery estimate before paying.
2. Dynamic prices and checkout total
Poster prices are dynamic. The amount can vary by design, print size, quantity, delivery country, currency, taxes, shipping method, and a valid promotion. Zene does not promise that a price viewed earlier, in another country, or for another configuration will remain available.
The product page or checkout identifies the currency and item price. Before payment, the order summary must show the selected items, shipping charge, taxes or duties collected by Zene, discounts, and final total. A charge not disclosed before confirmation will not be added to the completed order. A conversion or foreign-transaction fee charged independently by a bank, card issuer, or payment method is outside Zene’s checkout total. Where Zene offers free delivery to Premium members in the delivery country, it applies to accounts with an active paid subscription, a family plan, or a Premium coupon — not during a store free trial — and is shown in the order summary before payment. Zene may change or end this benefit for future orders at any time; it never changes an order already paid.
If a displayed price or configuration is clearly erroneous, Zene may ask the customer to approve the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund before production. Zene will not substitute a higher price after payment without express agreement. Promotions apply only under their displayed eligibility, expiry, territory, and redemption conditions.
3. Taxes and import charges
Taxes collected by Zene are shown at checkout. For an international order, the checkout total also includes the customs or import duties collected by Zene for the selected destination, and the customer pays those charges at checkout.
A customer is responsible for accurate information needed for tax and customs processing. Zene will not mark a commercial order as a gift or intentionally misstate its value. If the law requires a price to include tax or another unavoidable charge, the displayed offer and total will follow that requirement.
4. Payment and order confirmation
Supported web poster payments are processed through Razorpay using the methods displayed in checkout. Razorpay provides payment processing and does not become the seller or decide whether an order qualifies for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund. Do not send complete card details to Zene support.
A payment attempt is not a completed order unless the checkout confirms success and Zene issues an order confirmation or order reference. A pending, failed, reversed, or uncaptured payment does not authorise production. If money appears to have been deducted without an order confirmation, contact support with the payment reference so the status can be checked.
An order confirmation records the design, size, quantity, delivery details, amount, and status available at that time. Zene may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for unavailable stock or production, an unsupported destination, a pricing error, suspected payment fraud, a prohibited transaction, or an artwork-rights issue. A cancelled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
5. Artwork and permitted use
A poster order transfers the purchased physical copy, not copyright, trade mark, publicity rights, or permission to scan, reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork. Zene must offer a design for sale only when it has the rights or permission needed to reproduce and supply it. A product referring to an artist, film, public figure, or brand does not imply endorsement unless the listing expressly says so.
A rights holder or authorised representative can identify a disputed product or design through the Copyright and Content Complaints process. Zene may pause or cancel production while a credible rights concern is reviewed; a customer whose paid order is cancelled receives a refund rather than an unauthorised substitute.
