Shipping and Delivery Policy
Production, dispatch, international delivery, tracking, customs charges, delays, and damaged parcels.
Revision: 2026-09-11
1. Destinations and shipping availability
Zene ships physical posters only to countries and postal addresses accepted by the current checkout. Supported destinations can include India, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and other displayed countries, but availability can change because of carrier, customs, sanctions, production, or delivery restrictions.
Available shipping methods and charges depend on the poster size, quantity, destination, production location, and carrier. The checkout total shows the shipping amount charged by Zene before payment. Delivery to a post-office box, military address, remote area, or restricted territory is available only when checkout accepts it.
2. Production, dispatch, and delivery estimates
The estimated delivery time is three to seven business days for India and checkout-supported neighbouring countries, and seven to ten business days for other international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany. These windows begin when the order is confirmed and include the twelve-hour cancellation window, Zene’s printing, framing, packing, dispatch, and expected transit time. Production and courier booking begin only after the cancellation window ends. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless Zene expressly confirms it as guaranteed.
If no dispatch or delivery period was stated, Zene will dispatch and arrange delivery without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the order, unless a different date is agreed. If a material delay occurs, Zene will provide an updated estimate and any choice required by law, which can include accepting a later date or cancelling the undelivered order for a refund.
3. Address, tracking, and receipt
Provide a complete deliverable address, recipient name, postal code, country, and contact details. Request a correction immediately. An address cannot always be changed after production, label creation, or carrier hand-off. A customer can be responsible for reasonable re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address they supplied, but not for an error made by Zene or its providers.
When tracking is available, Zene or the carrier sends a tracking reference to the order contact. Tracking events are carrier estimates and can update late. Delivery can require a signature or collection from a carrier location. A parcel marked delivered but not received should be reported promptly after checking the delivery address, safe locations, household members, and any carrier notice.
4. International customs and import charges
An international parcel can be inspected or delayed by customs. Zene includes the customs or import duties it collects for the destination in the checkout total, and the customer pays those charges at checkout. Zene will not understate an order’s value or describe a commercial order as a gift.
If a customs authority or courier makes an unexpected additional assessment after checkout, contact Zene before paying where practical. Zene will review whether the charge should have been included in the checkout total and will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
5. Delay, loss, and failed delivery
Contact [email protected] with the order reference if tracking has not moved for an unusual period, the estimated delivery window has passed, or the carrier reports a loss. Zene will check the carrier record and, where the order is lost or delivery has failed for a reason within Zene’s responsibility, arrange a replacement or refund as required by the customer’s rights.
A weather event, customs hold, carrier disruption, strike, conflict, or other event outside reasonable control can delay delivery, but it does not create an unlimited extension. Zene will communicate a material delay when known. A customer can use any cancellation or refund right that the applicable law provides when delivery is not made within the agreed or legally required time.
6. Damaged parcels and incorrect items
Inspect the parcel after delivery. If a poster is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the confirmed design, size, or quantity, contact [email protected] with the order reference and a description. Photographs of the poster, packaging, and shipping label can help resolve a carrier or production claim, but a request will not be refused solely because evidence that is impossible or unreasonable to provide is unavailable.
Keep the item and packaging until instructions are provided. Zene pays the reasonable return cost for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item and offers the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. Change-of-mind returns follow the separate return-cost rules.
